Z Athlete Group, Inc. (“Z Athlete” or the “Company”) is a holding company operating a portfolio of human-performance, sports-event, and athlete-development businesses through its wholly owned subsidiaries, including the World Indoor Track & Field League (“WITFL”), which serves as the Company’s primary event and competition platform. The Company leverages biomechanics, proprietary motion capture and analysis systems, and Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) to measure human movement, generate performance data, and support training, competition, and athlete-development environments across multiple sports.

The Company’s proprietary Motion DNA™ Signature Tracking platform integrates multi-modal sensor inputs, human-movement analysis, and AI-driven performance insights to capture real-time motion, identify root-cause movement inefficiencies, and provide feedback across athletic tasks, including running, jumping, throwing, agility, and general movement. These systems support the Company’s event operations, training programs, and athlete-development activities.

 

The Company is building an ecosystem that includes:

·      Event, league, and competition operations

·      Athlete training centers and TrackFIT™ performance studios

·      Motion DNA™ Signature reports, coaching systems, and wearable/activation products (FitFeet™)

In June 2025, the Company acquired from its founder the rights to U.S. Provisional Patent Application titled “A System and Method for AI-Driven Real-Time Biomechanical Monitoring, Motion Signature Generation, and Adaptive Feedback for One or More Subjects Using Multi-Modal Sensor Networks”. The patent filing covers multi-modal sensing, AI-driven biomechanical analysis, and real-time motion feedback across athletic and human-performance applications.
