Chairman of the Board, Founder & CEO
Zig Ziegler
Zig Ziegler, known internationally as The Sports Kinesiologist, is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Z-Athlete Group, Inc. A 30-year veteran in sports kinesiology, biomechanics, and human performance technology, Mr. Ziegler has analyzed movement for more than 100,000 athletes worldwide, ranging from youth to professional and Olympic competitors.
He pioneered early versions of AI-driven motion analysis through Motion DNA Corporation and later founded Z-Athlete Group to merge AI, biomechanics, and real-estate infrastructure into a new model for sports performance and tourism.
Prior to founding Z-Athlete, Mr. Ziegler worked with Fortune 500 clients as a Six Sigma Certified Champion through the Six Sigma Academy, implementing cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives across multiple industries.
Under his leadership, Z-Athlete Group is developing a network of AI-powered sports venues and campus—including planned flagship facilities in Las Vegas and Phoenix—anchored by proprietary AI technologies including EchoTrak™, ThermoDNA™ and My Assistant Coach™ - tracking and reporting each individual athlete’s unique MotionDNA™ Signature.
Mr. Ziegler has been featured in national and international media for his innovations in sports science and athlete diagnostics, and continues to lead the company’s vision of transforming human performance through applied AI and biomechanics.

Suzanne Richardson- Board Member
Ms. Richardson joined the Board of Directors in May of 2025 as the Chairperson of the Community Relations Committee. Ms. Richardson is an executive-level Entertainment & Sports marketing professional with a stellar career spanning over 25 years. With a passion for promoting live events and managing venues, Suzanne has honed her expertise in marketing various event types, including music, sports, family shows, and production shows.
Throughout her career, Suzanne has held key positions at renowned organizations, including serving as the Vice President of Corporate Entertainment Marketing at MGM Resorts (NYSE:MGM) and from 2008-2016 served as Marketing Director for Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG). . Ms. Richardson has also left her mark on prestigious events such as the Super Bowl, Harlem Globetrotters, Atlanta Olympics, and TD Garden/Boston Bruins.
Ms. Richardson’s unparalleled dedication and strategic vision have earned her a reputation as a dynamic leader in the industry. Her commitment to excellence and passion for creating memorable experiences will help shape the landscape of entertainment & sports marketing for Z Athlete Group and its strategic partners and affiliates.

Kevin Moriarity
Mr. Moriarty, joined the board of directors in August of 2025 as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Moriarty also currently serves as Principal of KMM Ventures LLC, where he advises and invests in early-stage companies. From 2018 to 2020, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Blue Yonder, a subsidiary of Panasonic Holdings Corporation (TSE:7652; OTCMKTS:PCRFY), a global supply chain software company.
Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avnet, Inc.(NASDAQ:AVT), a Fortune 500 leading global technology distributor and solutions provider, from 2013 to 2017, and previously held senior financial leadership roles at Honeywell International Inc. and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.
Mr. Moriarty began his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, where he was an audit partner. He received a B.S. in Accounting with honors from Rutgers University. Mr. Moriarty currently serves on the board of directors of Vertiqal Studios (TSX: VRTS), where he serves as the chairman of the audit committee and the corporate governance and nominating committee.

Corporate Legal Counsel
Michael Krueger
Mr. Krueger is a Corporate and Securities Partner at Lucosky Brookman LLP, one of the nation’s leading boutique law firms representing growth-stage and public companies in securities, corporate finance, and M&A transactions. Lucosky Brookman serves as corporate and securities counsel to Z Athlete Group.
Michael brings more than 20 years of experience advising start-ups, family offices, private equity funds, and financial institutions. Recognized as a California Trailblazer by The Recorder, he is widely regarded as a thought leader in Opportunity Zone structures and complex real-estate and private equity transactions. His practice includes securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance throughout the business life cycle.
Mr. Krueger has also represented professional athletes in business ventures and has appeared on Players TV – Front Office and The Post-Game. He holds a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Marian University, where he was a collegiate cross country and track athlete.

Capital Markets Financial Advisor
Doug Towler
Mr. Towler serves as Financial Advisor to Z Athlete Group and Senior Director at George Smith Partners (GSP), one of the nation’s leading real estate capital-markets advisory firms, arranging more than $10 billion annually in debt, equity, and structured-finance transactions.
With over 20 years of experience in real estate finance and development, Mr. Towler has structured joint ventures with hedge funds and private-equity groups, led land acquisitions, and originated senior-debt facilities for major residential and mixed-use projects. Before joining GSP, he co-founded a boutique financial advisory and asset-management firm and served as Managing Director at a capital-advisory company focused on homebuilder financing and institutional real-estate partnerships.
Mr. Towler’s experience also spans technology and digital-asset ventures, where he held senior executive roles in business development and acquisitions. His background in complex capital structuring and institutional relationships supports Z Athlete Group’s financing and development strategy for its planned sports-campus and hospitality projects.

Advisory Board Member
Raul Martinez
Mr. Martinez is a corporate executive and business strategist with extensive experience in marketing, business development, and operations across multiple industries. Mr. Martinez is also a Majority Partner of DT Guardian Holdings LLLP, a private investment partnership and founding shareholder of Z Athlete Group. As an advisor to Z Athlete Group, he provides strategic oversight and corporate guidance, ensuring that the company’s initiatives align with its long-term technology planning and location growth goals.
Over his career, Raul has held management positions with major corporations including Bally Total Fitness, LA Fitness, and Aveanna Healthcare, gaining extensive experience in corporate operations, business growth, and customer engagement. He has also been deeply involved in sports performance and athlete development, combining fitness-industry expertise with strategic business acumen.
Currently, Raul also serves as Managing Partner of Innovative Fitness Management and Training, a consulting firm specializing in R&D, marketing, and operational planning. In addition, he oversees marketing and business development for The Taco Spot, a rapidly growing franchise chain with 24 locations now open and more than 100 additional sites in development. His experience in scaling multi-location operations, driving brand expansion, and building strategic partnerships makes him a key contributor to Z Athlete Group’s corporate strategy and investment initiatives.

Sports Advisory Board
Jamir Miller
Mr. Miller joined the board of directors in May of 2025 and completed his term on 9/30 to focus on his personal and family life. Mr. Miller is a former NFL linebacker and number one draft pick of the Arizona Cardinals out of UCLA, is now a respected shareholder on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Finance Committee. Mr. Miller, excelled with the Cardinals and Cleveland Browns, earning All-Pro status. Off the field, contributed to the NFLPA, played a key role in mandatory screening for financial planners working with NFL players.
Post-retirement, founded a successful bakery, Hosanna Foods, leading manufacturer with a joint venture partnership with Cafe Valley, Inc. Secured contracts with Sodexo, HMS Host, Costco, YUM! Brands!, SuperValu, Kroger, and the Department of Defense (DOD). Currently, Jamir also serves President of the NFLPA Former Players Chapter in Arizona, and a valued shareholder on the African-American board of advisors to the Speaker of the House and the Attorney General for Arizona.

Khadevis Robinson
Olympian and eight-time U.S. national champion, Khadevis Robinson brings elite-level experience and leadership in track & field as an advisory board member. A former professional middle-distance runner and accomplished collegiate coach, he is committed to athlete advocacy, league development, and advancing professional opportunities in track and field. Khadevis plays a key role in expanding WITFL’s reach, relationships with strategic partners and supporting a sustainable, athlete-first league model that elevates The World Indoor Track & Field League as a premier global organization and subsidiary of Z Athlete.
