Course & Seminars for Athletes + Coaches
(In the classroom & on the track)

Beginner
For athletes and coaches new to track & field. Focus on fundamentals — running mechanics, jumping and throwing basics, speed, and movement skills. A supportive environment designed to spark passion and build confidence.

Intermediate
For athletes with experience and coaches seeking to level up their methods. Emphasis on event-specific development, multi-event training, and tactical skills. Coaches learn how to guide athletes through the youth-to-high school transition with proven systems.

Advanced
For elite athletes preparing for college or professional opportunities, and for coaches pursuing mastery. Focus on advanced biomechanics, AI-driven performance insights, and event specialization within the WITFL’s team-based format. Coaches receive tools to build businesses and integrate technology into training.

The Difference
Every camp and clinic connects directly to the WITFL ecosystem — aligning athletes with the youth-to-pro pathway, and equipping coaches with the science, methods, and business tools to create lasting careers inside the sport.
