Z Athlete Group Engages Independent Auditor and Financial Reporting Advisors in Preparation for S-1

October 10, 2025 - Z Athlete Group, Inc. engaged independent firms during 2025 to support financial reporting and audit requirements as part of the Company’s public-company readiness efforts.

Gillespie & Associates of Vancouver, WA has been engaged as the Company’s independent auditor to conduct audit procedures in accordance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.

Separately, Tempe, Arizona based accounting firm Rivers & Morehead was engaged to provide financial reporting and accounting advisory services, including preparation support, technical accounting guidance, and coordination with management and legal counsel in connection with the Company’s planned registration statement on Form S-1.

These engagements are intended to support accurate financial reporting, internal controls alignment, and regulatory compliance as the Company prepares for potential public market participation. All audit and reporting activities remain subject to completion of required procedures, review, and customary approvals.
