Z Athlete Group Reaffirms Technology Deployment Focus in Las Vegas With Approved Short-Term Event Site

December 2025- Las Vegas, NV: Z Athlete Group, Inc. reaffirmed its commitment to advancing and deploying its AI-driven performance technology in Las Vegas, while maintaining flexibility around venue structure and long-term site selection.

The Company has received approval for a short-term lease that would allow for the erection of a temporary structure, a format commonly used in Las Vegas for large-scale events. The approved site is intended to support early technology deployment, including Motion DNA™ Signature Tracking and EchoTrak™, while longer-term venue options continue to be evaluated.

The lease framework was approved by the Nevada System of Higher Education Board of Regents at its December 4–5, 2025 meeting. Execution of the lease and site activation remain subject to Clark County approval and final documentation.

In parallel, the Company continues to evaluate an existing Las Vegas property that, if approved, could take precedence and serve as the initial operating environment for technology deployment. Any such site remains subject to due diligence, regulatory approvals, and definitive agreements.

Regardless of site sequencing or structure, Z Athlete Group’s objective is to deploy its technology platform in Las Vegas and open a Las Vegas operating venue by December 2026.

Management Commentary

Zig Ziegler, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Z Athlete Group, said:

“Las Vegas is a market with limited affordable land and existing buildings suitable for sports use, even as the city continues to move toward becoming more sports-centric. Youth and developmental sports have not historically been a priority market, as casinos are naturally focused on adult audiences. Our commitment is to advancing our technology in Las Vegas — not forcing a specific real estate outcome. Using temporary event-based structures allows us to deploy Motion DNA™ and EchoTrak™ in live environments while staying disciplined on cost, structure, and long-term shareholder alignment.”

Strategic Context

Z Athlete Group’s Las Vegas strategy prioritizes:• AI-driven performance technology deployment• Research, validation, and live data collection• Event-based and venue-agnostic operating models• Flexible site structures emphasizing operational control over ownership

Any venue use — temporary or permanent — is intended solely to support technology execution and platform scale.
