Z Athlete Group Terminates Escrow on Previously Announced Las Vegas Site and Advances Expanded Rights-of-Use Agreement

October 20, 2025 - Las Vegas, NV- Z Athlete Group, Inc. announced that it has terminated the previously disclosed escrow arrangement related to the same Las Vegas property earlier announced as the initial Z-Athlete Village site and, following completed due diligence, is now advancing a potential rights-of-use and operating agreement for that same property.
The revised structure replaces the escrow-based approach and expands both the size and scope of the Company’s planned use of the site, subject to definitive documentation and applicable approvals.
Expanded Flagship Site Scope (Same Property; Expanded Use)
Under the contemplated rights-of-use agreement for the same site, Z Athlete Group would obtain operational control over:
Approximately 27.85 acres
700+ overnight suites providing immediate operating capacity
Approximately 75,000 square feet of existing space to be converted for sports, training, and technology deployment
Owner-committed redevelopment to add an indoor track, indoor courts, and academy-style training and education rooms
This represents an expansion of the originally announced footprint and planned uses for the same property.
Operating Model and Strategic Purpose
The contemplated structure is designed to provide operational control without ownership, enabling the Company to utilize the same property as its flagship Z-Athlete Village headquarters and technology deployment environment.
Under the proposed framework:
Z Athlete Group would operate the site as its flagship campus
Property owners would fund redevelopment and capital improvements
The Company would have no financial commitment beyond operating expenses
The site would support corporate operations, research and development, AI-driven technology deployment, and large-scale data collection
