Z Athlete Group Retains Corporate Counsel and Initiates S-1 Registration Process

June 2025- Las Vegas, NV - Z Athlete Group, Inc. retained Michael Krueger as corporate counsel and engaged Lucosky Brookman LLP in June 2025 to advise on securities matters and to initiate the preparation and filing of a registration statement on Form S-1.

The engagement reflects the Company’s intent to pursue a public listing and to access the public capital markets as part of its long-term growth strategy. Z Athlete Group is targeting a potential public listing on the New York Stock Exchange or another national securities exchange, subject to market conditions, regulatory review, and required approvals.
